Cheddar'S recently opened a new restaurant in Omaha, NE. Cheddar'S is a successful restaurant franchise known for its homemade favorite dishes at affordable prices. First, the experience was good. Arriving at 7pm during a heavy dinner rush, came an expected wait of 1 hour to be seated. Only after 30min did we receive a table. The atmosphere was a posh and intimate setting. The waitstaff was enjoyable but worked very hard which meant our beverage refills suffered. Second, the food was average. The food was comparable to dishes you could expect on an Applebee's menu with maybe a more homemade touch. Last but not least, the pricing was great. For the quality of the food which is comparable to Applebee's (mentioned previously) the prices were a lot more reasonable. Typical dishes ranged from $7 - $15.

I would recommend Cheddar'S for the intimate setting as an inexpensive alternative to a chain such as Applebee's, Chilli's, etc.

LAB - Friday Dining Club
Omaha, NE is full of wonderful restaurants to satisfy all different taste pallets. LAB was created by founders: Lisa, Amanda, & Bo in 2011 to help occupy time on Friday nights left absent by an end of another Sand Volleyball season. It is our mission to evaluate and rate restaurants in the search for the best eateries in town. This includes all types of food (Please, we are not picky!)
